Fishermen’s Council 2022 Kickoff

On Saturday, February 19th, the NSA hosted a meeting of the Fishermen’s Council at the Maddequet Admiralty Club with over twenty participants! The Fishermen’s Council is open to those who hold commercial shell fishing licenses or aquaculture permits on Nantucket to gather, discuss issues, and brainstorm ideas. The NSA leans on the experience of the fishing community to help guide their direction and initiatives on the island.
